**Our client in Lititz, PA is seeking an in-process Inspector on 1st shift to join their team!** **We take honor in staffing for this company because it is military based operations** **This position is also temp to hire with opportunity for growth and amazing benefits once hired on.** **Did I mention you will work every other Friday!?** **Pay range: $19-22/hr** What's in it for you? + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + Growth opportunities once hired on What will you be doing? + Inspects company products (electronics) at various stages of manufacturing and monitors compliance to the company’s quality policy. Documents the acceptance and rework of non-conforming material during the manufacturing process + Reviews and reads drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to understand quality requirements of manufactured products. + Inspects product (cables, circuit cards, assemblies, systems, etc.) manufactured at Sechan for compliance to industry standards, military specifications, and customer drawings. Performs first piece inspections as required + Utilizes microscopes, test equipment, and standard measuring equipment to perform inspections. May have to work with a microscope for long periods of time.Verifies all required documentation.Works with Quality Engineers in the disposition of non-conforming material and in identification of defect trends in manufacturing processes.Completes documentation of defects through data entry into company software platforms.
