CBRE is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Program Manager to support and drive strategic EMEA-wide initiatives across one of our flagship global clients. This is a pivotal role that ensures operational excellence, reporting integrity, financial governance, and seamless cross-functional execution across multiple countries and service lines. The Operations Program Manager will lead processes linked to programs that enable data-driven performance, support client priorities, and enhance the consistency and quality of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) delivery across the region and will also be integrating with the global program team, supporting global initiatives, processes, and programs. **Key Responsibilities** Program, Leadership & Delivery •Lead and manage regional processes that support operational performance, reporting accuracy, financial governance, and strategic client initiatives. •Own program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution across multiple EMEA markets. •Facilitate structured progress updates, risks, and insights for internal leadership and client stakeholders. Reporting, Analytics & KPI Governance Reporting, Analytics & KPI Governance •Oversee EMEA-wide reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global account standards. •Manage the monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, driving data clarity, stakeholder alignment, and narrative development. •Ensure KPIs are reported and monitored in a way that enables continuous improvement across all service lines. •Partner with analytics teams to develop dashboards and data models that support decision-making. OPEX Budget Governance & Financial Program Management •Support and manage cost-saving initiatives, financial optimization programs, and regional value initiatives. Client-Facing Program Management Client-Facing Program Management •Deliver structured client programs such as: •OPEX & CAPEX Opportunity identification, planning and tracking •Operational Excellence initiatives •Savings & efficiency pipelines (through CBRE platform) •Scope alignment and service optimization programs •Engage directly with client representatives, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations based on regional performance. Cross Service Line Integration •Coordinate activities across IFM, Engineering, Finance, Projects, Real Estate, and Workplace functions to deliver unified regional outcomes. •Ensure that service lines work cohesively, removing operational silos and enhancing account-wide performance through standardized processes and governance frameworks. •Support transitions, mobilizations, and service deployments across multiple geographies when required. Technology, Data Quality & Process Standardization •Partner with CBRE technology teams to integrate digital tools that improve reporting, workflows, and data quality. •Oversee scope of works, data governance, and standardized reporting structures across the account. •Drive consistency in process design and operational execution to enhance service quality across the region. Stakeholder Management & Communication •Build strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders across EMEA. •Provide proactive communication on program progress, risks, and insights. •Facilitate strategic alignment between client goals and CBRE operational delivery. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for a highly motivated and structured professional who can operate confidently in a complex, multi-country environment.
