**Process Improvement Expert**
**About the Role**
As a CBRE BSO Process Improvement Expert, you will be part of our dynamic team. You will lead Lean initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive impactful change. We are looking for passionate professionals with a strong track record in project and change management.
This job is part of the Operational Excellence which is responsible for identify and successfully implement improvements.
This job is designated to support EMEA region with focus on Supporting functions teams (Payroll, Audit, Compliance, Finance). We operate in a hybrid model, with one in-office day on Thursdays (9 AM– 5 PM).
**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide ongoing Operational Excellence support to EMEA BSO leadership team and operations.
+ Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders in achieving setup goals & targets by displaying thought leadership, identifying opportunities and delivering projects.
+ Conduct process mapping, scanning, and deep-dive analysis, including DMAIC projects and documentation reviews.
+ Design and deliver trainings for Global and local stakeholders (KAIZEN, LSS,GenAItools).
+ Identify potential quality, service, and productivity improvements throughout the organization to streamline and optimize BSO processes.
+ Prepare project documentation as per framework requirements.
+ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on different levels of our organization and display a “Client first” mindset.
**What You’ll Need**
+ 6+ years of relevant experience in a Business Excellence, Process Improvement or Project Management role.
+ Green Belt/ other relevant certifications.
+ Proven experience applying process improvement, change management, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
+ Proven track of designing and conducting trainings and workshops – online and on site.
+ Fluent in MS Office package including Copilot 365 and otherGenAItools.
+ Knowledge about: VBA, Python, RPA, SharePoint, Power Apps.
+ Fluent English is required.
+ Effective presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to form working relationships at senior level in the organization.
+ Excellent collaborative problem-solving skills with an ability to see broader picture.
+ Ability to prioritize, set and execute deadlines.
+ Self-motivated, execution-oriented, and entrepreneurial, with a creative and solution-driven mindset.
