Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. The Process Engineer ensures that processes put in place take all customer quality expectations into consideration when being developed and the final product is bought off to these expectations.
**Job Title: Process Engineer**
**Location: Birmingham, AL**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Develop, document, and implement new and improved manufacturing processes for automotive production lines.
+ Analyze current production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
+ Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, maintenance, and quality to ensure process stability and capability.
+ Support launch of new products, tooling, and equipment in alignment with APQP requirements.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Relevant experience in Automotive manufacturing
+ TS16949, ISO14001
+ Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in support of management’s priorities and goals.
+ Must have the ability to read automotive blueprints and engineering specifications.
