The Manufacturing Sciences, Analytical Technologies (MSAT) Technical Sciences team is the primary technical support pillar for Sanofi's manufacturing operations. Working closely with production sites, the team provides critical expertise to ensure robust manufacturing processes and product quality. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. **Main Responsibilities:** + Provide collocated technical support at the manufacturing site including process monitoring, CPV, root-cause investigation, change assessment, and continuous improvement. + Anticipate, respond, and permanently resolve issues that occur during production. + Support design of new processes and facilities with expertise in scale-up, and manufacturability. + Support implementation and use of digital tools for process monitoring. + Partner with other departments to transfer, implement, validate new products and process life-cycle improvements. + Provide technical leadership in area of responsibility. Providing technical and scientific support, expertise, and guidance to manufacturing and quality. + Demonstrate solid understanding of engineering principles to solve complex problems. + Reviews manufacturing processes and production data. + Recommends changes or studies to improve quality, productivity, recovery, and overall efficiency. + Instruct manufacturing staff on new or changed processes. + Lead technical project team or cross-functional teams.
