You will not be employed by City National Bank. *The Opportunity* Process engineer is responsible for modeling bank processes utilizing Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide a visual representation of the sequence of business activities and information flows.  *The Responsibilities* * Facilitate process subject matter experts to provide content necessary to complete process maps making it easier for stakeholders to understand and optimize their workflows.  *The Qualifications* * Experienced in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) * Ability to lead and facilitate teams or process owners and subject matter experts in documenting their process activities end to end. * Experienced in design and delivery if process hierarchy for an organization and/or enterprise * Highly organized and efficient in the delivery of process map artifacts. * Experienced in project management and change management. * Proficient in MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, Lucid Chart. * Minimum 5 years of process management experience. * Desired certifications: Six Sigma/Lean   This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $53.57/hour - $71.43/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K *QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE* *Work Authorization :* US Citizen, Other valid work visa *Preferred years of experience :* 5 years *Travel required :* No travel required *Shift timings :*
