Job Description:

My client - an FDI company, is looking for an Process Engineer (expats) to join their dynamic team in Vietnam. This role welcomes experienced individuals from at least 2 years in the same role, who can speak fluently confidently English, to optimize the supply chain for New Product Development (NPD) projects.
I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive Process Engineering team Responsible review and approve in Work instruction(eMOI) system. Responsible for the product and process development. Train production personnel on new product and processes. Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs. Product& Process design development with optimize production process Cooperate with related department to solve production issues. Other ad hoc duties
II. REQUIREMENTS: Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering….. At least 2 years of experience in Senior process engineering in Power Supply factory. Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing. Familiar with identifying/implementing continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs. Good skill on the operation analysis to generate Work instruction. Fluent English 4 skills communication, other languages is a plus Can use SAP system Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Have good training skill. Hard working, ability in problem solving & independent working. Solid communication skills to build relationships and foster collaboration with internal & external stakeholders
