Job Description
Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high product quality using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Monitor and optimize equipment performance by supporting system design, layout, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Lead and support new product and equipment launches by executing trials, defining KPIs, and analyzing performance to drive operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and food-safety requirements—including GMP and HACCP—through risk assessments, corrective actions, and strong quality control practices.
Collaborate across departments to resolve process issues and communicate technical findings, performance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Train production teams on new processes, equipment, and procedures while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Perform additional duties as needed to support department and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, or manufacturing operations; experience in paper or film converting/printing is a plus.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and 2D CAD software such as DraftSight or AutoCAD; experience with 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
