Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

The Process Engineer will support production processes and maintain documentation to ensure that parts meet the quality expectations of customers.

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling and preparing products for assembly.Lead process improvement projects and troubleshoot product issues.Document engineering processes, including BOMs, ECRs, and ECNs.Enhance products through design improvements and fixturing using 2D AutoCAD or similar software.Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD or similar design softwareExperience in manufacturing processes and continuous improvementStrong knowledge of engineering documentation such as BOMs, ECRs, and ECNsExcellent communication skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seaford, DE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
