Direct Hire position$36.00 to $50.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvementsDevelop, document, and implement standardized work instructions and process flowsSupport production of insulated panels, refrigeration components, and modular systemsOptimize material usage, labor efficiency, and cycle timesLead continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, materials, or workflowCollaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teamsAssist with new product introductions and process validationsMonitor KPIs such as scrap, downtime, yield, and throughputEnsure processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsProvide technical support and training to production staff as neededProcess Engineer Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) required2–5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flowExperience with continuous improvement methodologiesProficiency with data analysis, documentation, and reportingStrong problem-solving and communication skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
