Process Engineer
Manpower Engineering is working with a fast-growing company that engineers and manufactures metal enclosures for a variety of industries across the globe. This organization is currently hiring for a Manufacturing Process Engineer with strong welding experience to drive process improvements, ensure product quality, and support manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in optimizing fabrication and assembly processes with a focus on welding applications to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, cost efficiency, and safety standards. **Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer** **Location: Goodyear, AZ** **Pay Range: $125,000-$130,000** **What’s the Job?** + Lead projects involving fixture design, material flow, and tooling improvements. + Analyze, develop, and implement manufacturing processes with a focus on welding and metal fabrication. + Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, welding procedures (WPS/PQR), and SOPs. + Conduct time studies, process capability analysis, and root cause investigations to improve throughput and quality. + Support equipment selection and commissioning for welding stations, robotic welding, or automated systems. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Welding Engineering (or related field). + 5+ years of process engineering experience. + Experience with hands-on welding processes. + Familiarity with welding codes/standards (e.g., AWS D1.1, D1.3).
