SUMMARY OF POSITION 岗位职能概述:
Supporting on NPI and lead new product process and implementation in compliance
To resolve technical issue through process control and optimization

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
A.    Supporting on NPI feasibility analysis, production line debugging
B.    New Product process and implementation
Lead validation of new processes, design tooling and manage trials for manufacturing readiness
Conduct pilot studies for processes including protocol design and final reporting
Develop SOPS, WI, PFMEA, control plans, and process flowcharts, process parameters etc.
C.    Process control, optimization, troubleshooting
Monitor production lines, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements using lean and 6sigma methodologies
Technical feasibility analysis of process alteration or change
Resolve technical issue(e.g. equipment failures, quality deviations) to minimize downtime.
Cross-functional collaboration, work together with relevant function on processes improvement, root-cause analysist, cost reduction, safety compliance, etc.
D.    Data analysist and reporting to support on making decision through using statistical tools for data driven 
E.    Perform other duties as required
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求: 
Education 教育背景
•    University Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.  
Experience 工作经验
•    More than 3years of process management experience for production line equipment in manufacturing
•    Lean production & Six sigma experience preferred
Specific Knowledge /skills 具体专业技能
•    Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks
•    Proficient in Minitab and data analysis
