Process Engineer
A phenomenal client of ours has an opening for a **Process Engineer** to join their team. Seeking degreed engineers with 0-2 years of experience looking to be in a hands-on process engineering role that is equipment focused. In this role you will be exposed to multiple facilities and learn several manufacturing disciplines. Additionally, you will receive leadership training and manage high visibility projects requiring strong organizational skills. This is a GREAT opportunity for a mechanically inclined, hands-on engineer to grow within a great organization. This is a full-time role located in Tomah, WI. **Job Title:** Process Engineer **Location:** Tomah, WI **Salary:** 80-120k, depends on experience **Key Responsibilities** + Assist in the installation of highly automated manufacturing equipment. + Learn to operate, maintain, and optimize the equipment necessary to produce product + Work alongside maintenance technicians to troubleshoot faulty equipment. + Work cross functionally with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to address product quality issues. + Assist in validation of production line through IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ processes + Analyze existing processes and suggest equipment modifications to increase machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and reduce changeover time. + Work closely with Quality Management Software (QMS) to track all manufacturing procedure updates, process deviations and update PFMEA. + Assist in determining process control limits for critical machines **Requirements** + 4 Year Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial., Chemical etc.) + Ideally 1-2 years of experience within a hands on engineering role, OR internship experience + Comfortable operating around large equipment. + Ability to use software required for Preventive Maintenance and Minitab statistical analysis. + Ability to communicate complicated concepts and draft technical reports when needed. + Has good time management skills.
