The selected candidate will support the Bacchus Value Stream Motor Assembly processes.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
Developing and improving manufacturing processes for the production of energetic productsPerforming cause and corrective action activities to permanently eliminate defectsWorking with the concurrent engineering team to create Build-to-Packages (i.e. engineering and planning documents)Authoring, updating and reviewing shop floor planningPreparing and presenting technical presentations to VSET, leadership, and the customers for review and approvalPerforming table-top reviewsUsing SPC tools to ensure process controlDeveloping and incorporating process improvementsTroubleshooting production/tooling/facility issues and implementing improvements and solutionsSupporting design, checkout, qualification, and implementation of new or modified tooling or equipmentTroubleshooting production/tooling/facility issues and implementing improvements and solutionsSupporting design, checkout, qualification, and implementation of new or modified tooling or equipmentAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Space Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:

Experience writing shop planningExperience working with energetic materials and processes.Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
