Job Title: Process Development Engineer

Job Description

The Quality Engineer plans, directs, and coordinates preparation and implementation programs to ensure compliance with the company's quality processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate preparation and implementation programs for quality compliance.Conduct root cause analysis and implement process control measures.Create and validate protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ.Report and handle non-conformance issues.Manage material review board (MRB) activities.Utilize metrology for quality assurance in manufacturing.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in root cause analysis and process control.Experience with ISO standards and quality engineering in the medical device industry.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to create validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).Electronics programming experience within the medical device sector.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of disposable medical devices, especially wire-related products.

Work Environment

This role operates within an indoor manufacturing setting with no extreme temperatures. There is occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, and employees must wear safety goggles and covered shoes. Standard working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The facility runs three separate shifts, offering a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. The company is expanding, providing significant growth opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
