Process Development Engineer
We are seeking a **hands-on Process Development Engineer** to join our innovative catheter development team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who thrives on working directly with equipment, developing new processes, and building prototype components for next-generation catheter technologies. **Job Title:** Process Development Engineer **Location:** Arden Hills, MN **Salary:** DOE **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead hands-on development and prototyping of catheter components. + Investigate, understand, and optimize equipment used in the catheter manufacturing line. + Develop and refine processes for building catheter parts, contributing to design iterations and production readiness. + Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product performance and manufacturability. + Drive improvements in process efficiency, repeatability, and scalability from early-stage concepts through pilot builds. + Maintain thorough documentation of development activities, processes, and findings. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). + Targeting 1-3 years of experience in process development or any hands on mechanically inclined engineering role + Strong hands-on experience with prototyping and building small, intricate parts—ideally catheters or other electromechanical medical devices. + Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and iterate quickly on designs and builds. + Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. + Comfortable in a fast-paced, development-driven environment. **Benefits** + 4 days in office, 1 day remote + Medical, Dental, & Vision with HSA and FSA plans + PTO Plan + Retirement plans including a 401K match + Supplemental Life Insurance & Disability Plans + ESOP If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
