Our client, a leading organization in financial advisory services, is seeking a Process Design Analyst to join their team. As a Process Design Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting process improvement and forms management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Process Design Analyst - MO or NC
**Location: St. Louis, MO**
**What's the Job?**
+ Analyze advisory-related events such as account openings, allocation changes, and blend switches to develop comprehensive forms matrices.
+ Create and optimize workflows for form requests and intake processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity across teams.
+ Assess legacy forms management processes and lead modernization efforts to improve operational effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with regulatory and compliance standards.
+ Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for technical teams.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in process design, documentation, and optimization within a financial or advisory environment.
+ Strong understanding of business processes used in customer communications and client documentation practices.
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and business stakeholders.
+ Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
+ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services or advisory operations.
