Our client act as a global sales promoter for the brands of the group and support them in maintaining customer loyalty by offering a broad range of mobility services. **What you'll be doing** • Provide guidance on organizational, functional, and process topics • Coordinate incoming requests and ensure structured handling • Track open items proactively until completion • Manage and document knowledge transfer activities • Validate internal information and ensure quality standards • Derive improvement measures from analysis • Analyze and structure feedback and complaints • Ensure transparent communication and appropriate actions • Organize and track quality assurance measures • Identify and support synergy opportunities between services • Structure and document role and permission concepts • Organize and moderate CSI boards • Support periodic process reviews • Prepare reports and status updates • Ensure detailed documentation and tracking of open issues • Prepare maintenance notifications and newsletters • Identify required actions and coordinate implementation **What you'll bring along** • Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working approach • Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation • Experience in process management or coordination roles • Knowledge in IT service management (ITIL is a plus) • Ability to analyze complex topics and define clear action points • Proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams • Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
