Here’s what you can expect: Start of Shift • Begin your day with a shift handover, understanding the current network status, what are the forecasted volumes and capacities and any possible events that might impact these forecasts • Catch-up with the teams on site (in the Fulfilment Centres) team to align on priorities review key metrics and operational highlights. Throughout Your Shift • Connect with operations teams across Europe in a collaborative environment. • Create smart, data-driven plans using our in-house developed tools. • Fine-tune staffing strategies to optimize workflow. • Lead real-time decisions that keep our network flowing smoothly. • Make strategic adjustments as new information comes in. • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
