Process and Maintenance Associate Supervisor (Third Shift)

The Equipment Maintenance department is looking for a Process and Maintenance Associate Supervisor at the Printed Circuit Board Factory at the Schwartz Campus in Moscow, Idaho. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can drive equipment reliability and process efficiency in our Printed Circuit Board Factory. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven leadership skills to oversee maintenance activities, guide technicians, and ensure production equipment operates at peak performance. This role requires someone who is proactive in problem-solving, committed to preventive maintenance, and passionate about continuous improvement. Excellent communication, the ability to manage complex challenges, and a focus on safety and quality are essential. 

This position is on third shift, Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM until 6:30 AM. 

As a Process and Maintenance Associate Supervisor, a typical day will include the following: 

Ensure quality and performance of troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair activities and the documentation of failure data. Monitor employee performance and regularly provide employee feedback. Empower, mentor and coach employees, write and deliver performance reviews, and assist employees in setting goals. Develop and train staff to meet production needs. Work within established safety and quality standards. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand, Create, Simplify. Other duties as assigned. 

 
This role might be for you if you have: 

Two-year associate's degree in engineering technology or equivalent experience Meet all duties and responsibilities of an Equipment Maintenance Technician II Associate's degree in electronic technology or equivalent experience Two years manufacturing-related technical experience with in-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment programming, maintenance, and repair Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Expertise in Excel, Word, Access and maintenance software Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) 

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

Basic knowledge of programming automated production equipment Basic knowledge of printed circuit board assembly, mechanical assembly, and cable assembly processes 

 
Physical Requirements: 

Lift and maneuver 40 pounds Pull weight from high/low shelves Reach Bend Grip Twist Sit and/or stand at least 8 hours Fine finger dexterity

Pay Range Information: 

The pay range for this role is $40.50-$59.85 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
