Our client, a small, reputable law firm in Savannah, GA is seeking a junior-level associate attorney to join its busy practice. The firm's work is mostly focused on probate litigation, with additional work handling estate planning and some criminal defense matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer attorney who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and a sustainable work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Handle probate litigation matters from intake through resolution alongside the firm ownerAssist with estate planning and probate administration mattersSupport select criminal defense mattersWork closely with support staff and attorneys in a highly collaborative environmentInteract directly with clients from a wide range of backgrounds

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of GeorgiaSelf-starter who is comfortable figuring things out independently as needed, while also receptive to training and feedbackOpen-minded and adaptableExcellent communication skills

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Position is benefits and bonus eligible.
