Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of careEstablish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team membersBuild and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

PRN Expectations:

1 weekend per month1 holidays (3 related holiday days - typically holiday + surrounding weekend)Weekday availability preferred, but not required

Qualifications

Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy programRegistered with NBCOTCurrent or pending state licensure Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

 

PRN Pay Rate (Weekday): $50/hr 

PRN Pay Rate (Weekend): $60/hr
