Job Description Project Overview: 

Join our strategic migration initiative to securely transition privileged access accounts from legacy ERPM Password Access Management tools to Delinea. You'll partner closely with Service Delivery and Application Development teams to deliver seamless, compliant migrations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination and execution of privileged account migrations from legacy systems to Delinea, ensuring zero disruptions.

Partner with Service Delivery and App Dev teams to plan, validate, and reconcile migrations for 100% accuracy and completeness.

Document all processes, issues, and resolutions in ServiceNow, maintaining audit-ready records.

Deliver regular status reports, escalate risks promptly, and support post-migration testing and troubleshooting.

Drive security best practices throughout the account lifecycle to minimize vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven hands-on expertise with Delinea (formerly Thycotic) or comparable PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).

Deep knowledge of privileged access management, account lifecycles, and industry security standards.

Track record of managing technical migrations in large-scale enterprise settings.

Proficiency in ServiceNow for task tracking, incident management, and change requests.

Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in regulated sectors like finance.

Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) integrations.

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
