Privileged Access Management Engineering - Senior Manager

Role Summary

10+ years working as part of a large-scale PAM implementationAct as an SME and partner with internal customers throughout their onboarding into the PAM initiative.Implement changes successfully and aware of the change management processesAct as part of the scrum team day-to-day to develop new features and integrationsParticipate in solution design for new features & integrations to identify high quality solutions.A mentality of continuously developing ways of working within the team to ensure continuous improvement of system engineering practices – for example, test automation and refactoring.Help to feedback & prioritise tech debt & refactoring work to Product ManagementIdentify and encourage automation of repetitive tasks carried out by the teamIdentify & advise on product upgrades with Product Management; manage the process of testing and upgrading the product.

Core/Must have skills

8+ Years working experience with any of industry leading PAM products like CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Hashi-Crop, Delinea etc. (CyberArk preferred)Working as part of a large Privileged Access Management implementation project within a complex infrastructure environment; designing and implementing configuration patterns.Experience with Windows and Linux privileged access management best practices and implementation, An in-depth understanding of Active Directory in terms of how it relates to infrastructure access controls. Experience with RDBMS, Network, VMware privileged access management best practices and implementation.Experience in integration of the PAM solution with various technologies such as Service Now, SailPoint or other IDM solutions. Experience on cloud platforms- Azure/AWS and CI/CD.Experience in monitoring and responding to capacity and performance needs of the PAM infrastructure.Experience in Installation, administration & support of CyberArk HA EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PSMP, DR components.Experience of managing support/operations for a large-scale CyberArk deployment (ideally multi-site).Good knowledge of Windows scripting e.g. PowerShell, Cyber-Ark PACLI and APIExperience working with multiple technical teams to deliver new featuresExperience in other advance CyberArk tools like OPM, PTA, AIM,EVD & EPM added advantageCyberArk CDE (Sentry) certification
