We are seeking a Private Ecosystem Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships across the Australian private healthcare ecosystem. delivering high-quality, compliant engagement that supports healthcare professionals, patients, and the broader healthcare system.

In this role, you will:

Manage and grow strategic relationships with pharmacy banner groups and key healthcare partnerships nationwideSupport patient access through approved patient support and adherence initiativesRepresent Lilly at major healthcare conferences and industry events across the countryWork cross-functionally to ensure high-quality execution, governance, and compliance
 

About you:

Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments, including partnership-based or enterprise customer modelsExposure to telehealth, digital health, or virtual care models, or adjacent healthcare industries such as medical devices, diagnostics, health services, or healthcare technologyExperience in pharmaceutical sales or pharmacy account management is advantageous but not essentialDemonstrated ability to learn complex, regulated systemsProven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersHigh levels of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance
