Responsibilities:
 

This role is a high-impact, commercial leadership position responsible for shaping and executing strategies to penetrate and scale the market through partnerships with private ecosystem players (telehealth players, private hospital groups,) and seeking partnership within corporate payer ecosystems (employers, insurers).
 

As the Leader, PE Market Expansion (Obesity), you will:

Develop & Execute a PE Market Entry & Growth Strategy

Establish a scalable go-to-market model for private-sector obesity care adoption across Türkiye

Map and prioritize key private-sector market segments (employers, insurers, digital health partners, retail pharmacy companies, …)

Partner with market access teams to design novel engagement models

Integrate PE Market Entry & Growth with overall Commercialization strategy


Build & Expand Strategic Partnerships

Develop C-level relationships with global private payers, insurance providers, employer benefits leaders, corporate wellness platforms, retail pharmacy and telehealth networks

Drive strategic alliances that enable sustainable and scalable distribution of obesity therapies in private settings

Collaborate with distributors and digital health providers to ensure efficient supply chain integration


Deliver High-Impact Commercial Results

Accelerate private-market adoption of obesity treatments, driving measurable revenue impact

Lead the design & execution of innovative PE engagement models (e.g., subscription-based models, tiered access programs, employer-led reimbursement schemes)

Partner with marketing & sales teams to craft PE value propositions that align with external stakeholders


Shape Private Market Access & Policy Advocacy

Work with internal and external stakeholders to navigate regulatory and policy complexities

Advocate for corporate wellness incentives and insurance frameworks that enhance obesity treatment adoption

Leverage data-driven insights and health economics models to demonstrate ROI to private-sector partners


Basic Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree; post-graduate degree or MBA preferred

7 to 10+ years of work experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing, PRA or Finance or from outside ideally in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, OTC Companies or PE departments

Analytics and/or forecasting experience

Strong business acumen, market understanding and ability to identify external trends

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Consistent demonstration of leadership behaviors and ability to develop credibility in a network that spans a wide variety of functions and geographies

Strong communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships across cultures, geographies and functions

Strong problem-solving skills; able to anticipate and recognize systemic problems, diagnose root causes and identify corrective actions that will prevent recurrence.

Excellent self-management and organizational skills; able to independently manage workload, set personal priorities and adjust as needed.

Additional Skills/Preferences:

10+ years in PE market development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership in pharma, medtech, employer benefits, insurance, or digital health

Strong private healthcare networks & C-suite relationships (e.g., insurers, multinational employers, benefits aggregators)

Proven track record of scaling private-sector access models in international markets

Experience designing novel access & pricing models (e.g., corporate reimbursement, subscription models, digital therapeutics integration)

Deep understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare, private insurance dynamics, and global corporate wellness trends

Ability to drive complex negotiations and craft high-value, long-term partnerships

Exceptional strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities in high-growth environments

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
