As a Private Credit Investment Professional within our Private Credit team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

 

Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on private credit investment opportunities across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries. Evaluate creditworthiness, risk factors, and return potential to support investment decisions.Monitor and manage existing investments, tracking performance and identifying potential risks. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholdersEngineer new and scalable quantitative methods to analyze the risk profile and investment performance of Private Credit strategiesDevelop and maintain analytical & visualization tools for performance review and trackingWork on preparing and responding to RFPs to raise capital from institutional clients. Partner with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that align with client needs and investment strategiesStay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments globally. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and analysis, across different private credit strategiesWork closely with global colleagues to share insights, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the overall success 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree with at least 4 years of experience in credit analysis, investment banking, or asset management within the private credit or fund of funds spaceProven ability to focus on complex tasks with strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across different regions

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill

Proficiency in Excel and Python, Tableau and Database knowledge (SQL) is a plus
