**Overview**
This position supports the growth of Tiffany’s High Jewelry business and VIP client development, with a strong focus on sales-driving client engagement and program execution. The role works closely with global and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver global and local High Jewelry events, VIP recruitment and development initiatives, and daily business driver activations.
The position contributes to building client loyalty and conversion through gifting, curated experiences, and personalized engagement programs that link directly to measurable sales results. Budget tracking, vendor coordination, and operational execution are also key parts of the role.
**Key Accountabilities**
High Jewelry business growth & VIP client development
+ Support High Jewelry business growth and VIP client development strategies in alignment with global guidelines and direction
+ Partner and align with global teams on High Jewelry and VIP client initiatives and priorities
+ Support VIP client recruitment and relationship-building initiatives
+ Contribute to programs that increase client loyalty, repeat High Jewelry purchases, and sales target achievement
+ Support client engagement strategies that drive measurable sales results
Events & Client Engagement Execution
+ Plan and execute global and local High Jewelry events in alignment with global direction and frameworks
+ Work closely with global teams to localize and implement High Jewelry event and daily business driver programs
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, merchandising, client development, training, and operations teams to ensure strong execution
+ Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event and activation delivery
+ Coordinate in-store activations and client engagement initiatives
+ Manage client gifting and curated client experience programs
Operations, Reporting & Budget Management
+ Manage and track event and program budgets
+ Maintain trackers and reporting related to client and event programs
+ Prepare presentations and internal documents
+ Support operational coordination and process follow-up across teams
**Required Qualifications**
+ University graduate or more
+ Minimum 7+ years of professional work experience
+ Strong English & Korean communication skills required (written and verbal)
+ High level of ownership, responsibility, and reliability
+ Proactive, positive, and action-oriented mindset
+ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
+ Passion for client experience and premium brand environments
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Working experience in global luxury organization
+ Jewelry & Watch industry experience
+ Solid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces – GIA Certification is a plus
