Ngā Kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role

Join our Private Business team in Tax and Legal Services, where we support a diverse range of privately owned companies across Aotearoa. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you’ll build trusted relationships and deliver practical advice that helps our clients grow and succeed.

Your day-to-day could include:

Leading client engagements across accounting, tax compliance and advisory services

Coaching and mentoring junior team members to deliver high-quality outcomes

Driving financial insights through forecasting, modelling, and board reporting

Influencing process improvements across client finance functions

Collaborating with business owners and stakeholders across varied industries

Ngā pūkenga ka kawea mai e koe, ka whakawhanakehia rānei i tēnei tūranga  / Skills you will bring or develop in this role 

6+ years’ experience in accounting, tax compliance or financial advisory

CA or CPA qualified with strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and tax

Proven leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing teams

Strong analytical and report writing capabilities with commercial acumen

Proficiency with accounting systems; experience with tools like PowerBI, Figured or Spotlight is an advantage
