Job OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator with experience in the print industry to join our team on 3rd shift. This role involves operating a Heidelberg Printing Press, making live adjustments, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced production environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Heidelberg press according to production scheduleInspect printed materials during runs and adjust ink, settings, or shut down press as neededLoad raw stock and set up printing plates and ink for scheduled jobsComplete documentation for product counts, delays, and production notesReport equipment issues or material concerns to supervisorsMaintain a clean and safe press areaSupport additional tasks and projects as assignedRequired SkillsExperience operating Heidelberg or similar offset printing pressesUnderstanding of color management and print quality standardsStrong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilityWhy Work HereFriendly, respectful work cultureSteady full-time hours with a consistent scheduleOpportunity for direct hire with full benefits after evaluation periodOccasional extended shifts available on Fridays/SaturdaysPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
