**Job Title: Printing/Die Cutter Operator**
**Job Description**
As a machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team, operating and setting up the digital die cutter machine to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality product output. You will be responsible for loading various materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard, while also overseeing the flow of products from packaging to shipment. We seek someone with character and passion who is committed to improving quality and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate cutting machines.
+ Load materials including paper, card stock, and cardboard.
+ Own the workflow of products from packaging to shipment.
+ Organize and improve quality and efficiency in production processes.
+ Assist in setting up and tearing down jobs for timely product delivery.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with printing or cutting machine operation
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to improve production quality and efficiency.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred 1+ year of production or leadership experience.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
