Responsibilities include operating large production-class printers, folding and inserting documents into envelopes using high-capacity inserter machines, and performing other mailroom functions throughout the day. This role requires verifying print jobs against documentation, completing printing, inserting, postage stamping, and communicating job completion within strict timeframes. As part of a 24/7, 365-day operation handling sensitive healthcare information, accuracy and confidentiality are essential. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
