Job Description
The role involves operating machines, setting up and changing over label and lamination machines primarily for printing labels, shelf strips, posters, and price tags for major grocery stores. Cross-training to become a distribution technician is part of the position, requiring skills in understanding numbers, order picking, and packaging.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain label and lamination machines.Set up machines and perform changeovers as needed.Cross-train to assist in distribution tasks such as order picking and packaging.Ensure quality control and conduct quality checks.Participate in troubleshooting and machine maintenance.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of experience in machine operation.Experience in manufacturing or production environments for 1+ year.Mechanically inclined with previous experience in similar duties.Ability to perform assembly line operations and quality inspections.Additional Skills & Qualifications6+ months of verified work experience with references.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Pass background and drug screenings.English proficiency required; Spanish speakers welcome.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and loud with a slight ink smell. Composite-toed or steel-toed shoes are mandatory for both interviews and shifts. Shifts vary and include long working hours during busy seasons, with a team size of 15-20 people.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
