Our client, a leader in the printing and mailing industry, is seeking a Print Mail Operator to join their team. As a Print Mail Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient mail processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Print Mail Operator
**Location:** Franklin, WI
**Pay Range:** $18.00
**Shift:** 1st shift 7:30am - 4:00pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and operate printing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
+ Utilize middleware to control production output and prioritize workflow to meet service level agreements.
+ Insert forms and documents into mailings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive materials.
+ Perform quality assurance checks and maintain equipment to prevent errors and ensure smooth operations.
+ Document service calls and escalate issues to management as necessary, contributing to continuous improvement.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in print mail operations or a related field.
+ Proficiency in operating printing and inserting/mailing equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
+ Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
