Principle Consulting Partner - AI/ML
Job Description The Consulting Partner will serve as a senior strategic advisor to executive‑level stakeholders across the enterprise. This person will educate leaders on AI fundamentals, drive organizational understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, and shape enterprise‑wide AI strategy. This role combines executive‑level consulting, AI thought leadership, and business‑driven prioritization. Acting as an internal representative of the enterprise, the Principle Consulting Partner translates complex AI concepts into business value and ensures the company invests in the most impactful, revenue‑generating AI initiatives first. Key Responsibilities Executive Enablement & Education Deliver clear, engaging executive‑level education on AI terminology, concepts, limitations, risks, and business applications. Build foundational AI knowledge across the C‑suite, VP, and Director levels. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on AI opportunities, maturity, and readiness. AI Strategy & Prioritization Assess enterprise AI initiatives and prioritize them based on ROI, revenue acceleration, cost savings, and customer impact. Build AI investment roadmaps that align with enterprise strategy and business objectives. Identify high‑value use cases and propose actionable solutions using AI, automation, and data capabilities. Cross‑Functional Consulting Operate with a consulting mindset: requirements discovery, structured problem‑solving, stakeholder interviews, business case creation. Partner with engineering, data, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility. Represent the enterprise's strategic interests when evaluating vendors, platforms, and external partners. Enterprise‑Level Leadership Champion responsible AI usage, governance, privacy, and security across the organization. Influence operating models, change management strategies, and AI adoption frameworks. Support evaluation of talent gaps and resourcing models needed to scale AI capabilities. Skills and Requirements 10+ years in consulting, strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership. Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including generative AI, LLMs, automation, and data ecosystems. Proven ability to present complex technical concepts to non‑technical executives. Experience prioritizing large portfolios of initiatives based on business impact. Strong financial acumen and ability to quantify business cases for AI investments. Consulting background Experience within large‑scale, global, or matrixed enterprise environments. Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, AI governance, and enterprise data strategy.
