Principle, Healthcare Advisory & Solutions Adoption – International
Job Description SummaryINTERNATIONAL (Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, ANZ, South Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin Americas) is a key growth region for GE Healthcare (40% of global sales). Given the region’s growth ambitions, we are seeking a healthcare advisory and solution adoptions professional to support our expansions into international private accounts, public sector growth initiatives, identify new growth area, and executions of customers initiatives (e.g., change management, solutions adoptions, and customer program management) in collaboration with key stakeholders in the International Enterprise Solutions and Partnership

On a day-to-day basis, the role holder will work directly with Head of Business Development -International Market to drive customer initiatives at international private accounts, public sector growth initiatives, and partnerships program management initiatives. The role holder is responsible for leading customer-facing healthcare transformation programs that combine Lean Six Sigma, change management, and operational excellence leveraging on data analytics and digital enablement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer-Facing Healthcare Advisory & Change Management

Lead end-to-end transformation programs for healthcare customers, from initial assessment through sustained adoptionAdvise hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational teams on improving quality, efficiency, access, and costGuide customers in practical improvement approaches such as workflow redesign, waste reduction, flow optimization, and performance managementEnsure initiatives deliver measurable and lasting operational and clinical resultsApply standardized improvement frameworks and playbooks consistently across engagementsServe as a trusted advisor supporting leadership decision-making and change readiness

2. Customer Program Management & Analytics-Enabled Solution Adoption

Plan and govern multi-initiative transformation roadmaps, prioritizing efforts based on value, feasibility, and organizational readinessTrack program progress, benefits, risks, and dependencies; communicate outcomes clearly to senior stakeholdersData Analytics Enablement: Define and assess analytics capabilities needed to support healthcare transformation programsTranslate clinical and operational needs into scalable, insight-driven solution designs that support performance improvementCoordinate end-to-end deployment of analytics-enabled solutions, from pilot through go-live, including activation and onboarding for customer teamsEnsure analytics solutions are embedded into daily management routines, performance reviews, and continuous improvement practices

3. Advisory Team Leadership & Delivery Management

Lead and mentor a team of program manager, lean consultants, and change management specialistsCoach teams on analytics-informed performance management, KPI design, solution validation, and improvement cycles, including disciplined data management and data processing practicesDefine roles, responsibilities, and capability needs to support successful transformation deliveryManage resources, work planning, and quality across advisory and consulting engagementsBuild scalable delivery models by balancing internal expertise with external partnersPromote consistent application of lean, change, and analytics standards across the team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced experience in healthcare transformation, healthcare provider operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or healthcare consultingProven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programsStrong understanding of healthcare provider operations and performance improvementDemonstrated experience using data and insights to guide executive decision-making and performance management, including leadership-level application of advanced analytics and machine learningExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Power BI or similar tools preferredStrong program execution skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and work effectively across diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience: strong understanding of Lean management and daily management systemsExperience guiding teams in using analytics and insights to support operational and clinical decision-makingAbility to translate business challenges into clear, actionable performance measures and insightsComfort reviewing and steering analytics-enabled solution approaches to ensure practicality, scalability, and sustainabilityExperience collaborating with IT, data, and digital teams to support solution deployment and ongoing improvement
