If you’re passionate about using data to make a meaningful impact in healthcare, this is your opportunity to lead the way **Job Summary:** Assists with the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies within the Workday HCM system. This role is responsible for the creation, analysis, and interpretation of HR data, and for translating to leadership along with recommendations so actionable insights can be implemented to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and overall organizational performance. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Partners with leadership to develop a comprehensive Workday People Analytics strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. + Establishes and maintains robust data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. + Partners with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and opportunities for analytics-driven improvements. + Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with HR leadership, then monitor to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. + Stays informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement advanced Workday reporting and analytics tools and solutions. + Creates and delivers insightful reports and visualizations to senior leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations. + Plans and reports on analytics projects, by collaborating with HR and operational leadership, and in cooperation and connection with technology team members to ensure delivery and alignment with business goals. + Proficiency in Workday HCM, Workday Reporting tools, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Workday Prism, and/or Workday People Analytics. + Interprets complex data sets and provides actionable insights. + Understands HR processes, workforce planning, talent management, and relevant regulations. + Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience or education EXPERIENCE + Five years' experience PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, People Analytics, Prism). + Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling. + Proven experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and actionable HR insights. + Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and talent management. + Experience applying data governance, quality standards, and compliance practices. + Skilled at communicating insights to senior leadership in a clear, business-friendly manner. + Demonstrated integrity, authenticity, and verified technical capability. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. + Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. + Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. + Frequent keyboard use/data entry. + Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. + Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. + Rare climbing.
