Principal Technical Program Manager, Workforce Solutions - Employee Onboarding Experience

As a key player in our organization you will be responsible for working across 20+ partner teams to advocate for the future vision of Amazon hiring. You will own senior level goals to deliver complex solutions that dramatically improve the business and customer experience for all Amazon joiners, employees, and contingent workers. We are seeking a self-driven leader with strong communications skills who can innovate and deliver at scale in our fast-paced environment. We innovate using native Amazon Web Services to intelligently work through the complexity of country and role differences, and ensure new hires start successfully on Day 1 with delightful onboarding experiences. We enable all Amazon business' success to onboard new workers to meet dynamic business and market demands, and country and region holiday and prime day retail lifecycle spikes. Key job responsibilities - Be a technical innovator that is not afraid to challenge the norms and innovate. - Deliver solutions that scale in volume and handle the complexity of diverse workflows and country specific rules/regulations. - Work with multiple cross functional teams to gather requirements, design, develop, deploy, and operate it across solution pipelines. - Collaborate and lead initiatives across multiple teams to develop applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and set best practices for software development processes. - Lead engineering excellence initiatives for the org. A day in the life As a Principal TPM, you will work with multiple teams to help solve complex technical solutions aimed to provide associates more choices for working preferred schedules, while also improving operational agility. You will have a direct influence on the technical design and implementation plan. You will work with multiple tech and business teams to build these complex solutions. About the team Workforce Solutions (WS) empowers our customers by providing integrated, people-focused solutions that streamline hiring processes for WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
