Lead the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies for implementing large-scale retrofit programs across Amazon's Last Mile fleet of vehicles in North America. This role will create and optimize supply chain processes for aftermarket installations of products, technology, safety features, and mechanical additions while ensuring global process standardization and cost efficiency. This role is a Principal (IC) role with the support of multiple program managers.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable supply chain strategies and operating models for retrofit programs across hundreds of locations
- Create and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from concept through design, testing, implementation, and scaling
- Partner with global teams to establish process parity and best practices across regions
- Develop innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges while maintaining high quality standards and cost efficiency
- Lead significant cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives across the retrofit supply chain network
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, service, and technology implementation
- Manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Create and maintain performance metrics and analytics to drive data-based decisions
- Identify and mitigate long-term supply chain risks before they become roadblocks
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
- 10+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
