Northrop Grumman is looking for a Principal or Sr. Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our Weapon Systems Division in our Defense Systems Sector.
This position will be full time remote.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their professional experience and network to source candidates for requisitions and diversity pipelines. The selected candidate will work closely with client-facing recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build targeted diversity sourcing plans as part of the greater Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities:
This position can be filled with either a Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Sr. Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner, depending on years of experience and qualifications.
Basic Qualifications for Principal Sourcing TABP:
Must have one of the following:High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years sourcing and/or recruiting experienceBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experienceMaster’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experienceCandidate must have 5 years of experience working within sourcing tools that enable success for the businessResponsible for complex sourcing tasksExperience in leading a significant sourcing projectMust be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Sourcing TABP:
Must have one of the following:High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years sourcing and/or recruiting experienceBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experienceMaster’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of sourcing and/or recruiting experienceCandidate must have 8 years of experience working within sourcing tools that enable success for the businessResponsible for complex sourcing tasksExperience in leading multiple significant sourcing projectsMust be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time)Preferred Qualifications for both Principal and Sr. Principal Sourcing Talent Acquisition Business Partner:
Prior experience conducting basic compensation analysis and communicating compensationExperience with Workday and Eightfold applicant tracking systemStrong candidate sourcing knowledge and experienceSocial Media advertising of jobs (LinkedIn, etc.)Primary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
