Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Project Manager Level 3 or a Senior Principal Project Manager Level 4 to manage the capital project integration for facility projects that support both sustaining infrastructure and new program facilitation requirements.
The selected candidate will support Aerostructure sites including Clearfield, Utah; Iuka, Mississippi; and Dayton, Ohio. This position is located and will report onsite in Clearfield, UT.
Specific duties will include:
Coordinate with Programs and Functions to identify projects planned to be executed by the facilities team.Maintain alignment between facility site leaders and Sector‑Level Finance on approved and forecasted capital budgets.Partner with site and segment leaders to track current capital projects and anticipate future capital needs.Collaborate with facility engineers and buyers to monitor monthly spend and update estimate‑to‑complete (ETC) figures.Gather, analyze, and present capital‑cost data to senior leadership.Identify and drive solutions for cost and schedule challenges.Provide visibility into capital‑project costs and performance across each site.This requisition can be filled as either a Principal Project Manager Level 3 or a Senior Principal Project Manager Level 4.
Principal Project Management Basic Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.Must have 3 years of experience in Project Management methodologies and tools, including Gantt charts, project management software systems and risk management.Must have prior experience with the execution of capital projectsMust have strong background in budget management and reportingMust have the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Clearance and Special Program Access (SAP)Senior Principal Project Management Basic Qualifications

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
