This position can be filled as a Principal Integration and Test Engineer or Senior Principal Integration and Test Engineer
What You'll Do:
Test and evaluation of custom subsystems utilizing oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzersSoldering and rework of SMT devicesCCA test and repairHand assembly and test of custom chassisDocumentation and execution of test plansTest equipment automation using PythonBasic Qualifications for Principal Engineer - Integration and Test:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; or a PhD with 0 years (An additional 4 years of relevant experience/education can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree)Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and rework of electronic hardwareExperience utilizing diagnostic equipment, including oscilloscope and signal generatorsExperience specifying and implementing test plan and proceduresThis position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizenClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain the necessary US Government security clearance per requirementsBasic Qualifications for Senior Principal Engineer - Integration and Test:

RF test experienceExperience with component-level troubleshootingCCA design experiencePython test scripting and equipment automationActive TS/SCIPrimary Level Salary Range: $82,900.00 - $124,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,200.00 - $154,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
