What You Will Do

Develop new enhancements / provide L2 application support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues in SAPDesign, develop, and enhance SAP Objects using ABAPHands-on development in SAP ABAP development.Strong expertise in Core ABAP, enhancements, and modern SAP technologies, including ABAP on HANA, OData services, and exposure to SAP Fiori.Will be working on complex developments, collaborating closely with functional teams, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, support production systems, and continuously improve application reliability.

Qualifications You must have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP development

Expertise in Core ABAPHands-on experience with enhancements, exits, and BADIsExposure to OData servicesExperience in ABAP on HANAWorking knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5Strong debugging and performance tuning skillsGood communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

              Develop, enhance, and support SAP applications using Core ABAPImplement enhancements using:User ExitsCustomer ExitsBADIsBTEPerform WRICEF developments (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)Work on ABAP on HANA developments, including performance optimizationDevelop and support OData services for SAP Fiori/UI5 applicationsCollaborate with functional consultants to analyze requirements and provide technical solutionsDebug and resolve complex technical issues independentlyEnsure compliance with SAP coding standards and best practicesSupport testing, deployment, and production issuesMentor junior ABAP developers as neededHaving exposure to key functional modules like SD, MM, PP

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with CDS Views and AMDPExposure to S/4HANA projectsKnowledge of Agile methodologiesExperience in integration scenariosExperience with Backend for Frontend (BFF) or API Gateway patterns to manage API calls and handle back-end communicationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
