No relocation assistance is offered.** Join AT&T and reimagine the communications and technologies that connect the world. **Overall Purpose** Optimizes procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing vendor and sub-contractor contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations. **Key Roles and Responsibilities** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: + **Contract Negotiation and Management:** Lead negotiations for vendor and sub-contractor contracts, manage contract modifications, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions to align with organizational goals. + **Procurement Strategy Development:** Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including market research and sourcing new suppliers. + **Vendor and Sub-contractor Management:** Manage relationships with vendors and sub-contractors, assess performance, and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivable issues. + **Risk Management and Compliance:** Identify potential supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies. + **Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement:** Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare reports for strategic decision-making, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. **Job Contribution** An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
