Job responsibilities:

Establish and refine SDLC (testing strategy, automation, CI/CD, code quality gates) optimizing developer experience, velocity and robustnessDesign a release strategy enabling frequent, stable releasesDefine and evolve React Native / Expo mobile architecture for a mass‑market consumer applicationDesign and deliver a modular core platform enabling rapid, reliable feature iteration.Recruit, mentor and lead a lean, high‑impact engineering team

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Formal training or certification on React engineering concepts and proficient expert experienceProven delivery of commercial React Native applications in production across Android & iOS at scaleDeep understanding of React Native and Expo internals Latest knowledge of architecture, tooling and best practices in mobile app developmentMastery of TypeScriptExperience optimizing large codebasesHands‑on knowledge of mobile build & release systemsStrong grasp of architecture patterns

Published React Native app(s) in public app storesNative Kotlin and/or Swift experienceKotlin Multiplatform exposure
