**What You'll Do:**
The Principal Software Project Manager in AT&T Technology Services is a senior-level leader responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that support digital transformation, customer experience improvements, and enterprise-wide technology programs. This role typically reports to a Director or AVP and collaborates with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and finance.
**What You'll Bring:**
+ The role seeks a seasoned, technical program/project manager responsible for delivering Digital Converged Experience. Responsibilities include technology roadmap, resource and budget management, vendor/app owner management, technical program direction/guidance, risk/jeopardy management and mitigation, dependency management, stakeholder communication/collaboration and reporting.
+ The role is designed for a seasoned technical program/project manager with a proven track record of delivering strategic, large-scale, technology development and delivery programs.
+ Requires leadership across cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization, spanning multiple geographic boundaries.
+ Strong focus on technology solutions, program execution, leadership, collaboration and problem solving.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead and manage complex network and software-related projects and programs from initiation to delivery.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and business units.
+ Drive program governance, risk management, and compliance with organizational standards.
+ Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
**What You'll Need:**
+ 7+ years in program management within technology domains.
+ Exposure to diverse industries such as streaming, fintech, education, logistics, medical devices, and HRMS.
+ Expertise in new product development and post-market support in regulated environments.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Our Principal Software Project Managers earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
