Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a talented and experienced Principal Quality Analyst to join the MESA Program Quality Team at the BWI plant in Baltimore, Maryland.

What You'll Get to Do:
Perform Traceability Audits of material movements in Inventory. The audits are to ensure that MESA material in Inventory is traceable to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Requires 4-6 weeks training (in person)
Conduct process reviews to provide process validation, improve productivity and performance.
Perform AS9100 audits to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
Prepare, maintain and review quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.
Strong communication skills (both oral and written), and organizational skills. Must work well in a team setting.
Coordinate with the NGC Global Supply Chain (GSC), and the Supplier Quality and Mission Assurance functions to enhance cross harmonization of activities and initiatives.
Attention to detail and works with an appropriate sense of urgency.
Additional relevant duties as required by the program.
Basic Qualifications:
5 Years related experience with a Bachelors; or 3 Years related experience with a Masters; or 1 Year related experience with a PhD; or 9 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
Experience with AS9100/ISO9001, audits and requirements.
Experience with SAP transactions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified AS9100 Lead auditor
Advanced experience using SAP/S4 ERP system.
Experience with Supplier Corrective Action Request/Corrective Action Requests and Root Cause Analysis
Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
