Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Principal Project Manager** to join a team of qualified and diverse individuals onsite in **Huntsville, AL** supporting the **Strategic Deterrent Systems Division** as a member of the Employee Experience Team. In this position, the selected candidate will have responsibility for onboarding talent and employee experience opportunities. As this work spans across a diverse set of stakeholders, this individual will be expected to collaborate effectively and partner across organizations -- Human Resources, Communications, Site Operations, – communicate, and support change management associated with such programs for the Division. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related work, 3 Years with Masters and some experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule. Additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree + Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance + Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communications + Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance + Up to 25% travel **Preferred Qualifications:** + Active in-scope DoD Secret clearance or higher + Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Some experience with Agile processes + The ability to execute communications with stakeholders through organized processes to ensure that program information is defined, collected, shared, understood, stored and retrieved in a manner that effectively meets program and stakeholder needs. Primary Level Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $130,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
