We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager, Strategic Planning to join the Applied AI Solutions GTM acceleration team and work closely with senior leaders to ensure organizational alignment and achievement of strategic goals. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing AI-driven workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of our rhythm of business while serving as a force multiplier for leadership.
This function will accelerate the Applied AI Solutions GTM strategy and growth through strategic initiatives that transform our organizational capability and operational excellence. You will serve as the organizational "connective tissue," synthesizing insights and aligning business rhythms across organizations. This position requires a strong understanding of internal AWS business dynamics and planning processes, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a bias for action to implement strategies that enhance performance with speed. You will anticipate organizational needs 2-3 quarters ahead, proactively preparing leadership for upcoming decisions through strategic foresight and scenario planning.
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of program or project management experience
- 10+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- 7+ years of change management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
