Seeking highly skilled and collaborative Principal Product Technology leader to drive the design, development, and execution of scalable process flows across AT&T Business Product organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in QuickBase and Power BI, along with a strong ability to partner across business and technical teams to deliver operational excellence and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & ExecutionLead the design and re-launch of frameworks for product intake, tracking, and gate-based process flows.Build and maintain automated workflows across multiple QuickBase instances to support cross-functional product operations.Ensure process flows are scalable, auditable, and aligned with business objectives.Data Visualization & ReportingDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that consolidate data from multiple sources to support decision-making.Automate reporting flows using Power BI and QuickBase to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.Apply data modeling and transformation best practices to ensure clean, reliable datasets.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between technical teams (e.g., developers, data engineers) and business stakeholders (e.g., product managers, operations leads).Facilitate intake and prioritization of initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Lead stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new tools and processes.Governance & OptimizationMonitor and optimize performance of process flows and reporting tools.Ensure compliance with data governance and access control policies.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in product operations, business systems, or process automation roles.Proven experience with QuickBase application development and workflow automation.Advanced Power BI skills, including Power Query, DAX, and dashboard design.Demonstrated ability to build and manage gate-based process flows.Strong understanding of product intake and tracking frameworks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work across diverse teams.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a product operations or product management environment.Familiarity with enterprise data governance and reporting standards.Background in telecom, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.

Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
